SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain good customer relations with our customers by delivering great service
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of products in use while keeping your service vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Be available to work flexible hours as required by customer needs, including evenings, and/or weekends.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS:

• Bed Bug and Termite experience a plus
• Independent and confident
• Good time management skills
• Ability to interact on a professional level with our customers and with the support staff in the office
• Any kind of sales experience
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills when faced with challenging situations
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
